Congratulations! Just had a chance to listen. It's really great and, for someone with ADD, a terrific topic. Trying to come up with different focusing skills is something I'm always interested in, and I appreciated how he talks about dealing with the anxiety of public speaking.

Over time, I've learned that I'm much more productive when I have 1,000 things going at once rather than one thing going on for 1,000 days. We are privileged and fortunate to be able to make ends meet, so we made it through the pandemic dented but OK financially. My struggle was in having nothing to do to keep me occupied, which made me procrastinate and succumb to the impulses of distraction.

Thanks again for this. Will be on the lookout for the next one!

Thank you Glenn. I'm so glad you found this useful. I've bookmarked this episode of Nir Eyal's own podcast interview with ADHD coach Caitlin O'Brient Bauer https://open.spotify.com/episode/7qeCDr7pU5G1OPDJBXPJFj?si=45297d575c17419e

This is outstanding! "Distraction is always an escape from an uncomfortable sensation, boredom, fearfulness, stress, anxiety, fatigue, loneliness." YES!
